INFORMATION WE SHARE WITH OTHERS AND YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We contract with other companies to provide certain services, including web hosting, credit card processing, fulfillment, and shipping. We may provide these companies with only the information they need to perform their services. On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. COOKIES AND PIXEL TAGS

A cookie is a small data file that is stored by your Web browser on your computer. Cookies enable you to place an order on our Web site. For example, we use cookies to:

1. Remember what items are in your Shopping Cart

2. Recognize you when you return to our Web site

3. Study how our customers navigate through our Web site and which products they request in site searches

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We will not use this type of collected information to market directly to that person. In some of the email messages from us or those whose products are available on our website or in an affiliate relationship, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on our website or through the email offer. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through our web server before arriving at the destination web page. We may track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of customer communications. If you prefer not to be tracked simply avoid clicking text or graphic links in the email.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Kabashinski.com takes precautions – including administrative, technical, and physical measures – to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. The Member Site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages and where personal financial information is required. To make purchases from The Members Market, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Safari, Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, or Internet Explorer. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it’s transmitted over the Internet.

HOW WE USE E-MAIL

When you provide us your email address, we may send you emails necessary to process your order or respond to a request. From time-to-time, we will send promotional e-mails to customers who have purchased products or received free products previously to let them know about things that may interest them. Instructions on how to unsubscribe are included in each promotional email.

POLICY CHANGES

From time to time, we may use customer information for unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. Changes will most likely involve upgrading and adding service options to credit card processing, fulfillment, and web hosting. Even in these instances, we will never sell your information to a third-party. If our information practices do change, we will post these changes on our web site. We encourage you to review our privacy policy periodically.
