More About Me
Michelle Kabashinski
Professional Certified Coach, PCC
National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, NBC-HWC
Driven to help my father heal from a lifelong struggle with autoimmune diseases, I learned as much as I could about health & wellness, but ultimately discovered that everyone has to find their own answers. What we believe and how we live out our beliefs can change everything, especially our wellbeing.
My proudest accomplishment is overcoming PTSD and anxiety with my spirituality and mindfulness practices. The biggest take-aways from this journey have been learning that perfection is an illusion, change is constant, and acceptance is freedom. I’m most grateful for my husband and our two rescued dogs.
What I enjoy about the coaching experience: I love seeing that realization when the excuses disappear and my clients find their truth. Real success comes when we believe in ourselves and take responsibility for our choices.
Boring, but important stuff: I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, as well as a Certified Total Well-Being Coach, and hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have over ten years experience specializing in mindful awareness, work-life balance and optimized wellness. I’m also a nutrition specialist, a Certified Meditation Instructor and Ayurveda Health Teacher; I’ve also trained in Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I received a Health and Wellness Coaching certificate from Emory University, a Bachelors in Communication from The Ohio State University, and am actively teaching spiritual balance with the Soulful Living Alliance.
